The School Board of Escambia County, Florida, convened in Special Meeting at 10:00 a.m. in the Board Room at the Administrative Building, 215 West Garden Street, Pensacola, Florida, with the following present:

Chairman: Mrs. Cary Stidham Vice Chairman: Dr. John DeWitt

Members: Dr. Hal Mason

Dr. Elmer Jenkins was absent

Mrs. Vanette Webb was absent

Superintendent of Schools: Mr. Jim May was absent

(Please note that Dr. Elmer Jenkins, Mrs. Vanette Webb, and Mr. Jim May were in attendance at the Executive Session which immediately followed this meeting)

I. ADOPTION OF AGENDA

Motion by Dr. DeWitt, second by Dr. Mason, to adopt the agenda, was approved 3-0 with Dr. Jenkins and Mrs. Webb absent.

II. REQUEST FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS COLLABORATIVE BARGAINING ISSUES

Motion by Dr. DeWitt, second by Dr. Mason, to go into Executive Session, was approved 3-0 with Dr. Jenkins and Mrs. Webb absent.

III. ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting adjourned at 10:02 a.m.
